本頁為創速科技 TA SPEED TECHNOLOGY 的一般購物及售後條款，用作提升交易透明度及客戶保障。內容不構成法律意見；如有爭議，按澳門適用法律、消費者保護規定及雙方實際交易紀錄處理。
This page provides general terms for transparency and customer protection. It is not legal advice. Any dispute shall be handled according to applicable Macau laws, consumer protection requirements and actual transaction records.
1. 價格及貨幣 / Price & Currency
- 網站價格以澳門元 MOP 標示，除非另有註明。
- Prices are displayed in Macau Pataca (MOP) unless otherwise stated.
- 因硬件市場價格波動，部分報價需由客服最終確認。
- Due to hardware market fluctuation, some quotations require final confirmation by our staff.
2. 訂單確認 / Order Confirmation
- 客人提交訂單後，系統會生成訂單記錄；訂單是否正式接受，需視乎庫存、價格及付款確認。
- After submission, an order record is generated. Final acceptance depends on stock, price and payment confirmation.
- 如資料有誤或商品暫時缺貨，創速科技會聯絡客人修改或取消訂單。
3. 付款方式 / Payment
- 現階段支援：稍後專人聯絡、銀行轉帳、到店付款 / 現金。
- Currently supported: contact later, bank transfer, and pay at store / cash.
- 正式線上支付接口啟用後，會於結帳頁新增相關付款選項。
4. 交收及送貨 / Delivery & Pickup
- 交收方式、送貨時間及是否另收費，會由客服按訂單內容確認。
- Delivery/pickup arrangement, time and possible charges will be confirmed according to the order.
- 客人應確保收貨資料正確，避免延誤。
5. 退換貨 / Returns & Exchange
- 如商品存在品質問題、規格不符或錯發，客人應盡快聯絡創速科技並保留商品、包裝、付款紀錄及 PDF 帳單。
- For quality issues, specification mismatch or wrong items, please contact us promptly and keep the item, packaging, payment record and invoice PDF.
- 因客人自行選錯型號、拆封使用、人為損壞或相容性問題而提出退換，需按個案評估。
- Returns/exchanges due to wrong model selection, opened/used items, man-made damage or compatibility issues are assessed case by case.
6. 保養 / Warranty
- 產品保養按品牌、代理或創速科技列明的保養條件處理。
- Warranty is subject to the conditions provided by the brand, distributor or TA SPEED TECHNOLOGY.
- 保養通常不包括人為損壞、液體損壞、非正常使用、私自拆修或資料遺失。
7. 消費者保障及爭議處理 / Consumer Protection & Disputes
- 創速科技會盡力按澳門適用消費者保護要求處理零售交易及售後爭議。
- TA SPEED TECHNOLOGY will handle retail transactions and after-sales disputes in accordance with applicable Macau consumer protection requirements.
- 建議客人保留訂單、PDF 帳單、付款紀錄及溝通紀錄，以便核對。
